Lunae dies. Once again.

Nothing new on my end. Yeah, I have a boring life.
Well, a boring life to those on the outside looking in.
To me sitting in the inside looking out through the filter that is my brain...

You observe the newly constructed barracks. Inside there is only one human awaiting your orders.
As you think about how to utilize this human, another one arrives by a drop pod from your command ship high above. Quickly and with professionalism the new human exits the pod and walks out on the landing platform and into the barracks crew quarters.
The pod quickly closes up and is ejected back to your command ship to bring more capable humans down to the surface.

Purpose! You need a scout to have a look around on this new planet surface. Your satellites can only give you so much information this early on. Their cameras are still calibrating. With a simple hand movement the room is filled with thin streaks of light. You quickly browse the appearing database for available parts.

Armors. There are three available from the start. You need a light one, the scout needs to be mobile, and this early on you do not have any powered armor available, so exoskeleton support is out of the question.

Weapons. Rifle? No. Too heavy. Besides you need room for recognizance equipment. Sidearm, standard gun with no modifications using standard ammo. That will do.

Training. Basic Training with added Survivalist skills for extra maneuverability on the planet surface is the preferred choice. You contemplate Advanced Training, but that takes too long and is not needed, you can always bring the human back for more training, and with the added experience bonus you are bound to get the training will be quicker.

Anything else? Yes, recognizance equipment. Binoculars is a good one, gives you the ability to look further temporarily.

Done. Initiating training.
One of the now two humans in the barracks moves into action instantly. Training in progress is displayed in bold green letters mid air simultaneously as the notice that the drop pod has arrived at the command ship.
Another human is prepared to journey down to the surface...
